The next public meeting to Save Mayfield Pool is set for Sunday September 16 at 3pm in Mayfield Bowling Club (next door to the pool in Ingall Street Mayfield).
The meeting will report back on actions taken, update on any Council responses, and further build the campaign. All welcome.

Great work. Council won't know what hit them!
After attending today's community meeting, I would like to commend those who have already put so much work into saving our pool.
The pool has been one of the 'unsung heroes' of this community, giving kids who may otherwise run the streets causing trouble somewhere to go, cool down and be social,whilst being supervised in safety by the friendly lifesavers.
It also allows those of us that work long hours some relaxation space within walking distance of home, out in the fresh air- not stuck in the fumes of an indoor pool.
I have only lived in Mayfield for ~1 year, but use the pool when it is open at least 3x/week..more when the kids swim too!!
