Council Candidates' response to our Survey
Which candidates in the upcoming Newcastle Council Elections are committed to improving Mayfield Pool? The Save Mayfield Pool Campaign surveyed all of the leading candidates. Their responses can be seen on the attached leaflets. To see (and print) the leaflets in full size just click on them, or right-click and "save image as" to download the jpg file to your computer. The good news is that, with the exception of one Ward 2 candidate, there is strong consensus about supporting and improving Mayfield Swimming Pool!

80-100 residents and pool lovers met at The Town Hall on Tuesday night to send a clear message to Newcastle City Council: Maintain and improve Mayfield Swimming Pool.

SMSP has completed its survey of all candidates for the upcoming Newcastle Council Elections. we asked them 5 key questions about their commitment to improving Mayfield pool, including support for solar heating to be installed within the next 12 months.
